Responsibilities
- Provide support and consultancy activities for one of these business functions:Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Consolidation, Payroll / Recruitment / Appraisal, Supply Chain Management (Sales/Procurement/Inventory)
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills in customer relations
- Able to provide documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manual, requirements documentations and process workflow documents
- Able to manage project members' expectations
- To provide logical and 'best practice' solutions for users
- Able to handle understand users' complex workflow and requirements
- Provide post implementation support to ERP users
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years accounting / payroll / audit / ERP project implementation experience
- Good knowledge of business operations in distribution, trading, payroll and/or manufacturing.
- Past experiences in accounting and/or programming is a plus.
- Good English communication skills- in the form of writing and in speech
- Must have professional working experience in Singapore.
- Self-motivated with good work ethics and good interpersonal skills.
