Job scope
- Prepare and complete all documentation associated with the checking, design, printing, and control of all labels and codebreak envelopes.
- Design and generate master label, leaflet and codebreak envelope proofs in accordance with in-house/customer specification.
- Ensure absolute accuracy in the storage, handling, supply and control of printed and pre-printed materials throughout the entire process.
- Ensure the labelling systems and Inventory Management system are accurately and effectively operated in order to achieve the highest level of accuracy against departmental processes / procedures.
- Monitor stocks levels within Label Control Operations to ensure there is no stockout situation. Raise purchase request or make arrangement with relevant parties for replenishment of materials.
- Assist with the co-ordination of Customer audits / visits within the department
- Facilitate the delivery and implementation of selected business projects within the Label Control department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree holders in any field
- Relevant working experience
