Our client is an USMNC dealing with Oil & Gas; their Changi site requires:
1 Year Contract Facilities Technician
Perform routine checks and housekeeping in office area.
- Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, of mechanical, electrical services for general building maintenance (preferably with basic electrical knowledge & experience).
- Ensures the standard maintenance for office equipment is attended to plumbing, electrical appliances, locks, air conditioning, toilet fixtures, lighting and that all other related equipment are in good working condition (Preferably with basic plumbing experience)
- Supervise & support outsource vendors (cleaners, landscape, pest control, waste disposal) when necessary.
- Arrange of waste disposal (general & industrial) when full and NEA submission.
- Recycle item disposal & report submitted to facilities.
- Urgent activate if needed for covid or any disease cleaning & disinfection.
- Festive season decoration (support HR)
- General office relocation (movement like chairs , desks etc… )
- Clearing of Grease vacuuming for kitchen waste. (For canteen)
- Rooms set up for meeting or events.
- Any other related duties assigned by Facilities Engineer / Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a "Handyman"; able to do simple plumbling and electrical maintenance work
- Able to start with short notice.
- Able to work min 3 days per week.
- Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm
