JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in interior design related field/ firm.
- Strong skills in 3Ds Max, CAD to deliver realistic Luxurious designs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills to manage adhoc situations.
- Experience in residential designs preferred; commercial will be bonus.
- Mandarin/Hua Yu speaking to liaise with our china vendors.
- Own car transport.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experienced and creative to propose multiple layout planning to meet client needs.
-Passionate and open to experiment into Luxurious design concepts.
- Good time management to meet projects deadline.
- Coordinate and communicate well with contractors ensure on-site is well executed.
- Attention to details and strong understanding on materials finish, especially on techinal drawings.
- A good team player work among the team to deliver task/roles given.
