Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of 230kV substation projects including GIS switchgear for clients. He will manage all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, resources, and quality control, to ensure successful completion and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction of substation projects for clients
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications, codes, and regulations
- Implement and maintain project controls, including quality assurance/quality control and risk management
- Track and report project progress, including cost, schedule, and scope
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise
- Ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel
