Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts, labor, and materials.
- Liaise with insurance companies to discuss estimates and ensure all required documentation is provided.
- Communicate with customers to explain repair estimates and the insurance claim process.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient repair of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repair costs, and claim statuses.
- Stay updated on industry standards, repair techniques, and insurance claim procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in estimating automotive repair costs and handling insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and MS Office applications.
