- Attending to customer's enquires in the Service department
- Preparation & follow up of quotations
- Process order confirmations, work scheduling & coordination between customers and internal departments
- Maintain and update service work orders and documentations
- Manage accounts receivables and follow up on outstanding payment from customers
- Establish good rapport with customers
- Any administrative duties assign by Service Manager
Requirements :
- Minimum O' levels / ITE/ Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed with MS Office
- Able to work well in a fast pace environment
