We're looking for a friendly and independent individual to join our team. You will be in charge of our retail stores / showroom.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day retail/showroom operations
- Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours and sizes on the floor
- Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
- Promote first class service & customer experience at all times
- Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges and issue store credits
- Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 days work week including weekends
- Strong command of English
- Basic Excel Skills required
- Min education: Diploma preferred
- Minimum commitment of one year
- Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
