Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the vendor for Project infra setup like server host integration,MQ integration, and Server onboarding up on banking standards
- Design the branching strategy upon project requirement
- Scan the vendor binaries, upload the code into bitbucket, and deploy into the server using the DevOps pipeline by git tool. Project status in confluence Page.
- Jenkin agent installation and configuration in servers, setup CICD scripts, and artifactory upload
- SIT Deployment and UAT infra readiness.
- Tech Application Support for VXML - IR application & CTI Integrated Application.
- Issues Tracking & Vendor Coordination.
- Support for Agent Screen pop up Application & softphone
- Daily Health Check-up & House Keeping Servers.
- Schedules Preventive Maintenance Activity for every quarter
- Tech Application Support for IVR application, PDS Dialler & Qfiniti Recording solutions
- Issues Tracking & Vendor Coordination.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise on Problem solving skills, team management & Vendor coordination for the Issue Closure, tracks daily user reported issues, queries & requests for changes.
- Strong Skills on Unix Shell, Java, Tomcat
- Hands on experience in Devops Tools Jenkin, CI CD Scripts, Aritifactory, bitbucket and Artifactory
- Knowledge on Kubernetics, Open shift, gradle
- Exposure in Groovy script and Java
- Knowledge on BigData data processs and analysis
- Hands on experience in Control M job setup
- Application Support for Avaya Platform like Voice Portal, EPMS and POM.
- IVR Avaya IR based phone banking application which allows customer to perform banking transactions via IVR. PDS outbound dialler system which enables marketing & telesales of banking products. System also provides huge volume recordings; Qfiniti recorder allows to record voice recording over the IP phones.
- Banking Call Centre having both Avaya VXML based IVR application and traditional IR Application. Both enables phone banking facility for both Consumer banking & Business Banking. VXML based speech application features mandarin & English as language options. Via E –mail feature Customer can request Banking info with specialized E-mail agent skills.
- Hands on Experience IBM WebSphere MQ Components
- Solid experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle
- Involves Project plan, application design, infra setup and project implementation
- Experience in BMC Monitoring tool, Control M jobs, NetBackup
- Experience in JIRA and confluence
Qualification:
· Degree in Computer Science, IT, Technology or Science or related degrees
