Join our client, a reputable local listed property developer, as a Senior Account/Assistant Manager in Hospitality Operations. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a vital part in enhancing our hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
