Responsibilites
- Management, administration and maintenance of OT / Manufacturing devices & platforms
- Coordination with 3rdparty providers (i.e. OEM vendors and service providers) and internal Global teams.
- Monitor servers, services, packages & application availability, performance
- Based on the nature of a monitoring alert, a related ticket has to be (manually) created in SSRS (Incident/Change/Problem) and solved
- Manage physical and logical devices
- Perform file system management
- Create and manage user and group accounts
- Troubleshooting server CPU and memory utilization
- Server health check and troubleshooting
- Installation of Windows operating system, software bundles, and file systems
- Apply server firmware and driver updates
- Timely update/upgrade windows patches and anti-virus with alignment with our standard and policies.
- Timely update & maintain CMDB
Requirements:
- Expereince in administration and maintenance of Physical and virtual network platforms including adds/moves/change/decommission, troubleshooting, integration, migrations, upgrades, system restorations, and security mitigations.
- Support Project work for OT / Manufacturing devices and applications
- Designing and implementing OT security policies.
Responsible for Deskside support and some user training of OT Services.
