Retail Hours: 11am - 7pm
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our small team as Florist Interns or Permanent Part-Time Florist Assistants with the option to transition to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the art of bouquet wrapping and simple floral arrangements, acquiring fundamental skills in floristry.
- Assist in the preparation and creation of flower and gift arrangements.
- Process daily customer orders and ensure their timely fulfillment.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of our floral products through proper care and handling.
- Attend to plant watering, flower conditioning, and foliage cleaning for storage purposes.
- Organize floristry materials and contribute to general store cleanliness.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Availability for 4 - 5 working days per week.
- Able to commit to regular weekly schedule for at least 8 - 12 months
- Flexibility to work irregular hours during peak seasons such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Chinese New Year.
- Cheerful personality and hard working.
- Customer oriented, adaptive to the retail environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary and Benefits:
- $5.5/hour during the training period in the first month.
- $8/hour from the second month onwards.
- Performance bonus during festive months based on individual and team achievements.

- OT pay for those able to commit to extended hours during peak periods.
