Overall Management and Leadership:
- Provide comprehensive operational management, direction, and leadership for the team, supporting the hospital’s operational readiness, activation, and transition plan.
Collaboration and Development:
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement operational models and workflows that align with the hospital’s service and care framework.
- Co-create and test workflow simulations using virtual scenarios and physical prototypes.
Resource and Staffing Planning:
- Plan and coordinate resources for nesting, pre-operation activities, and ramp-up phases.
- Oversee manpower planning, staff recruitment, and training before the site opens.
Post-Opening Oversight
- Manage all operational, staffing, and administrative aspects of the clinics after the site opens.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Has at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing hospital operations in an acute outpatient clinic environment.
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, expanding organization with a multi-generational workforce.
- Proven team player, highly motivated, and action-oriented, with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to evolving situations, and effectively manage challenges.
