- Position : In-house IT Support/ Technician -ALL WELCOME
- Location : Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park - 9minutes walk)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 9AM to 6PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees through various channels such as in-person, phone, email, or remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings. `
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring the availability and optimal performance of all IT systems. Collaborate with 3rd party vendor to implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols. Document and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and track service requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on the effective use of hardware, software, and other IT tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT support and recommend improvements to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure and processes.
Requirements:
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Training Provided
- Diploma qualifications Information Technology / Computer Science
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
