Project Description and Components:
This project aims to leverage machine learning to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and interactions to predict customer needs, preferences, and churn risk. By providing actionable insights, the project will optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer retention, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and train bespoke machine learning models using our APIs to create innovative solutions that maximize business impact for strategic customers.
- Identify gaps in our fine-tuning API product by evaluating customer needs and provide high-quality feedback to the Product team based on bespoke model training.
- Act as the primary technical authority for the model customization program.
- Scale the model customization program by codifying best practices, sharing knowledge, documenting processes, creating tools, and publishing technical accelerators internally to ensure a repeatable and replicable approach.
- Serve as the liaison between Applied Research, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, Product, and Engineering, focusing on applying advanced model techniques to customer use cases.
