JOB DESCRIPTION
Able to prepare and finalize Payroll and Financial Statements.
Liaise with the External Auditors in the execution of Audits.
Must possess valuable knowledge in Accounting Software’s such as QuickBooks, MYOB and Tally Accounting.
Must have a good knowledge in Singapore Standard of Accounts and other related Regulatory requirements.
Able to prepare Financial Reports, GST Returns and Tax Returns, for IRAS purposes.
Knowledgeable in Multi-Currency Transactions and Records for payments, Accounting and Finance Transactions.
Prepare supporting schedules for Accounts to facilitate Audits.
Oversee the Internal and External Audits to ensure Compliance with Audit Standards.
Liaise with Institutions on Factoring Facilities.
Review modifications to Accounting systems and generally accepted Accounting procedures and incorporate to Company Systems.
Provide technical and professional advice and supports to the Management.
Co-ordinate with appointed Agents in obtaining Government Funds and Incentives.
Liaise with Agencies in providing Staff Training recommended by the Government, wherever required.
Liaise with HR Dept. on Salary & CPF matters, in accordance with the updated Govt. laws and policies.
Involve with preparation of Letter of Credits submission to local banks.
Liaise and coordinate with the overseas customers and continue negotiation with the relevant local banks.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputed institution.
Able to travel islandwide and hold Class 3 Driving License.
Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reputed Companies.
Having experience in Singapore based company will be an added advantage.
