Accounts Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Processof payment and invoices
  • Reporting and reconciling daily cash receipts from outlet
  • Provide Financial insights and analysis of monthly expenses
  • Recording and reporting on monthly and yearly expenses, revenue etc.
  • Ensure financial information is in compliance to local statutory requirements and company's policies
  • Provide admin support for finance department
  • Maintain Profit & Loss and balance sheet

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma with basic accounting knowledge
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
