JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor and achieve department performance and relevant KPIs. • Propose and implement action plans to improve results. • Contribute to the store sales target. • Provide regular business updates (sales trends, forecasts, competitor updates) to management. • Identify, develop and motivate the team to reflect the company vision and business goals. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Develop and strengthen the customer base through CRM activities. • Thorough knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management. KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES • Have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of luxury retail sales experience with a passion for driving results. • Build strong relationships to deliver client-centric solutions. • Fluent in English with second language skills are desirable. • Be KPI and results-driven. • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. • Have exceptional communication skills. • Have an excellent personal presentation.
