SYNONYM is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in app development and design, film and video production, brand planning and promotion. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Administrative Director to join our team and oversee our administrative operations.


The Administrative Director will be responsible for leading and managing the administrative functions of the company. This role involves ensuring efficient office operations, developing and implementing policies, managing budgets, and supporting the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in administration, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all office activities.
  • Develop, implement, and update administrative policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
  • Coordinate and support the executive team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve office systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with other departments to support their administrative needs and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Director, Office Manager, or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of office management procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
