- To support the planning and execution of annual awards cycle including conducting briefing for institutions’ representatives right through to preparing awards panel meetings.
- To support the claims processing for annual development awards.
- To support as a member in organising the annual awards ceremony.
- To provide secretariat support to Committee and any others when required.
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of training/communication across company
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of projects across company
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role.
- Prior experience in managing scholarships and awards portfolio is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong in project management, planning and prioritisation.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
