Hiring : Construction Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate all technical aspects of projects, including structural, architectural, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), landscape, and -interior components.
- Documentation: Submit samples, shop drawings, and other relevant documents to consultants and authorities.
- Site Coordination: Oversee and monitor work progress on-site to ensure alignment with the master program.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the stipulated schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; provide guidance, set guidelines, and supervise the project team.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) policies, objectives, impact/risk assessments, safe work procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Submissions: Manage submissions and applications to relevant authorities for RI (Recognized Inspection), TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit), and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) clearances; compile all necessary documents for project handover.
- Additional Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role, specifically in luxury landed house projects.
- Proficient in communicating and liaising with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision; strong knowledge of local standards and requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
