Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out routine monitoring of systems performance and checking, analyzing, investigating and reporting of all faults/breakdowns of the Facility's System
- Carry out cleaning and upkeeping of all plant and equipment rooms, risers and closets, service ducts, trenches, and shafts.
- Carry out checks and ensure the lighting controls, air-conditioning equipment, and VAV boxes are operating efficiently under Auto-Mode. The Contractor shall report to PSCO for any faults related to ISCS, BMS sensors
- Inspect annually and ensure that at all times, all water pipe works, gas connections, fittings, and meters, and fire protection systems at the Contract Area
- Clean and maintain all light fittings (both internal and external) including diffusers, reflectors, glass covers, lamps, etc for the entire electrical and external systems annually
- Clean and maintain all fire alarm fixtures, parts, and components, including, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, SAP panels, beam detectors, etc.
- To assist to take and record monthly electrical consumption for all major equipment which includes but not limited, to the lighting system, chiller system, etc
- Perform chemical cleaning for the condenser coil for AHUs, FCUs, and PEU/PCU if deemed necessary.
Requirement:
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience
- Need to work on the roster including weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge in electrical trouble-shooting on faults and failures
- Must be willing to learn new technology
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Physically fit and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
