Role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, securing new business through effective negotiation.
- Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets and optimize performance.
- Provide valuable market insights through regular reporting and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in the Sales Industry.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Software development life cycle and exposure in project estimation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI, Mobile APP, and Web Development preferred but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Software
- Highly motivated and targeted is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Skill in writing proposals and presentations
