Job purpose is to build and drive Supply Chain Excellence through strong end-to-end project and process management within the specific performance unit (PU) Supply Chain, OTC and Customer centric projects. Develop competencies in the specific performance unit (PU) supply chain and execute projects in close collaboration with Sales, Key Customers and other relevant partners in the supply chain. Ensure Customer satisfaction and alignment on Supply chain performances.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive Customer specific supply chain (SC) improvements and projects
· Drive and execute Customer differentiated SC offerings projects to reduce lead time (VSM and logistics improvements) and improve quality.
· Initiate and drive improvements projects and change management in the Supply Chain to increase delivery and quality performance and ultimately Customer satisfaction.
· Support Sales, Product Management and Key Accounts in translating the Customer tailored solutions into our Supply Chain
· Supply Chain Services definition and implementation
· Build competencies within the organization and act as an interface to GSC functions.
· Drive all kind of supply chain projects aiming at delivering customer satisfaction and/or reduce inventory.
· Participate in and drive divisional OTC related projects.
· Monitor process KPIs and drive excellence within supply chain
· Customer escalations and Delivery red alert handling
Minimum requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business or Economy
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Supply Chain Management in Multinational Companies
· Business understanding and a global mind-set
· Excellent in English
· Knows how to apply supply chain and logistics concepts for E2E supply chains
· SIOP / S&OP knowledge
