Job scope:
- Responsible for the sales support in the sales office
- Handle sales enquiries and follow up with the customer Prepare quotation and negotiation
- Monitor and arrange delivery with forwarder
- Monitor payment by customer with Finance and customer credit limit
- Monitor the stock level.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Stock ordering with Regional President and Managing Director to the factories
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely administration of day-to-day activities
- Accurate reports and statistical database
- Quality customer servicing and enquiries and complaints handling
Decision-Making
- Response to enquiries and complaints
- Liaising with the Manager in charge on sales orders
Requirement:
- Preferably a Diploma with min. 3 years of hands on experience in customer service.
- Possess good writing skills and good command of English.
- Proficient in MS office application.
- Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of letter of credit is an added advantage.
