Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
- Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.
- Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
- Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees’ data
- Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling
- On-boarding preparation and orientation
- Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
- Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boarding
- Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties
Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
- Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of InfoHRIS would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude
