Our client is a leading MNC based in town. The co allows WFH 1 day per week (after the clearance of 3 months probation period). We are seeking for a hands-on treasury accounting or AR exec to join this team in a 1-year contract role.
For this role, your main scope will be AR and help with the implementation of a TMS system. You will report to an experienced head of treasury.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily treasury operations which is primary Accounts Receivables.
- Perform daily Cash Receipts Reporting.
- Perform daily Receipts Posting and clearing
- Do the weekly and Monthly AR reporting
- Support TMS implementation project
- Work closely with SAP IT for process improvements & automation
- Assume other duties or initiatives as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance.
- Min 2 years of AR or Treasury accounting experience is required.
- Experience in Treasury Management System a Plus (but not a must)
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a good attention to detail.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Hands-on, self-driven, with a can -do attitude. Keen to learn.
- Familiar with SAP and Online Banking Systems
- Able to commit to a 12-month contract role (there is also a 1-month completion bonus for a cand who completes the assignment)
