Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging events to promote CosmoMK's products and services effectively..
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify event opportunities and make informed recommendations for adjustments to the Company's event strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure event initiatives align with overall business objectives and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and innovative approaches for event expansion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking, to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop creative event concepts and materials consistent with the Company's brand identity and messaging.
- Provide regular reports on event performance and effectiveness, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales-generating events aimed at increasing profitability and driving growth.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform event strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in event planning logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through events.
