PURPOSE:
You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the account set assigned with a winning strategy
- Execute direct sales programs and initiatives to drive and increase sales
- Develop an in-depth customer relationship and experience at all levels of the organization
- Engage and enhance excellent customers relationship towards sustainable partnerships, building strong, meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, become your clients trusted advisor and their advocate within our business
- Establish agreed short and long-term account plans for new customers to meet prospective client’s key requirements thus leading to increased revenue
REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior people skills, with the ability to manage internal and external parties and relate to people of all levels including senior management representatives at customer organizations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and motivated, with a desire to succeed
