# Track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry
# Experience in Data Analysis, tracing cash events through multiple systems front to back.
# Experience in delivering Operational process improvements and controls
# Experience -Futures & Derivatives Clearing
Responsibilities:
- Provide Regulatory Reporting stream to support transition to strategic end state model, incl requirements, design, test definition, control definition, training, and production readiness.
- Documentation of project artefacts, including, Target Operating Models, BRDs, User Stories, Test Cases
- Project management , actions management- setting , coordination and planning to the stakeholder
- Assess and manage risk and issues.
- Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders and support engagement in working groups, steercos, and workshops where required.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Requirements
- 6-10 years’ experience with degree in Banking or Finance
- Track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
- Knowledge on Futures and Options products and Clearing industry in banking
- Experience on UAT- functional ,test
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills- Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping skillsets required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required. Knowledge & understanding of workflows and controls
