Our client is a dynamic real estate agency offering exceptional property services, expert advice, and personalized solutions for buyers, sellers, and investors in Singapore's competitive property market. The team seeks a Business Development candidate preferably from the Property & Real Estate market that has a proven track record.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research for multiple initiatives within Singapore to develop new channels of business
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase business growth and achieve targets
- Managing existing and developing new pipeline of leads for continued business growth
- Conduct presentations to target market through different events such as seminars, networking events, exhibitions, and any other relevant events
- Strong network in the local market to assist in building immediate and long-term pipeline
Requirements
- Proven track record in a Sales/Business Development role or related function in Real Estate in any location is REQUIRED
- Someone with UK Property Experience will have an advantage
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing business landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mandarin & English is REQUIRED
