Job Description & Requirements
- Overseeing daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching technicians, and managing workloads.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leading and developing a team of service technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Managing service contracts, renewals, and upselling additional services.
- Monitoring service department budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control standards for service delivery.
- Overseeing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring efficient repair services
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Lift /Elevator is a plus
