Job Duties:
- Initiate and spearhead projects to update internal policies by collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to identify needs and gather feedback.
- Design, develop, and refine policies and procedures to align with company best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive materials to clearly communicate policy changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the rollout of new policies, assess their effectiveness, and recommend improvements for ongoing enhancement.
- Continuously seek out and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve financial and governance processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Record and communicate process changes to ensure consistency and understanding throughout the organization.
- Interact with stakeholders and prepare detailed evaluation materials to aid in decision-making.
- Lead key improvement projects, including the Delegation of Authority Framework and Internal Controls Governance, managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct user training and workshops to support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.
