The Role


The Event Executive will play a vital role in supporting the Atrium team in planning, coordinating, and executing successful atrium events that align with the company's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Event Execution: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of atrium events, ensuring they run smoothly and according to established plans.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise event coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with the Atrium and Operations Team to engage and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal event delivery.
  • Tenant Liaison: Work closely with tenants and property management to address their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction during events.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee logistical aspects of events, including setup, signage, equipment, and other operational requirements.
  • Data Collection: Assist in collecting event data, feedback, and insights for analysis to optimize future event strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Handle any unexpected challenges that may arise during events, finding quick and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and event attendees.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on their feet and adapt to unexpected challenges.
  • Data analysis skills to assist in collecting and interpreting event data for future strategy development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (a plus).
