- Trainee will be undergoing a training/probation of 3 months by learning on the job.
- Meeting homeowners and handle sales enquiry for HDB / Condo residential projects, genuine leads will be provided.
- Preparation of quotation, calculation of building cost.
- Showcase your design conceptualisation to clients by floorplans, detail drawings, material board and moodboard.
- Plan and manage renovation progress, supervise contractors and suppliers to ensure works delivered are up to standard.
- You are expected to meet clients and acquire new projects
