Responsibilities:
· Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling.
· Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
· Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions.
· Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
· Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portal platforms.
· Fulfilment of job orders – source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients’ job order requirements.
· Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma / Degree.
· At least 1 year of HR / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience.
· Must be driven and motivated.
· Candidates with more years of experience can be considered Senior level.
· Training will be provided for applicants with no recruitment experience.
· Comfortable with fast paced working environment.
