Purchasing Executive
Location: Mandai Estate (Yew Tee)
Working Day: 5 day work week (Mon - Sun)
Working Hours: 8am-5pm / 10am-7pm (Shift)
Salary: $3,000
Job Description
- Research potential vendors
- Source and purchase all supplies relating to a bakery/kitchen
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- To follow up with suppliers on samples, qualities, and conduct yield test regularly on chilled and frozen food.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Receive delivery and ensure accuracy or order placed
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Manage and control Profit & Loss as well as overall cost in central kitchen
- Generate the weekly sales report , Internal P&l account, wastage report and other account related reports as needed .
Requirement:
- Experience in accounting admin is a plus
- Strong computer literacy on Microsoft Office Excel especially Pivot and V-lookup functions as well as Microsoft Word.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
