Job responsibilities:
- Maintain, Support and Enhancement of SAP System
- Design, implement and optimize SAP & other applications used by the Company
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to understand business requirements, system maintenance, change requests and new developments
- Manage the project to meet the scope requirements, budget and schedule
- Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications, scripts, and tools to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
- Create test data and document test results for integration and system test
- Create, maintain and review system documents and operational guides
- Conduct end-user training
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of IT working experience with at least 2 years ERP related experience
- Experience in SAP, database management systems, SQL, Mobile Apps, BI, programming will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior Systems Analyst role
