Job Responsibilities:
- Led the Outlet Team in achieving the Outlet Sales Target
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple branches of a beauty salon business including, staff management, and staff rosters(not limited to).
- Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling customer complaints, motivating staff morale, providing guidance & coaching to staff, etc
- Able to train, mentor, and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Handle customer enquiries
- Provide professional consultation and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
- Assist in daily retail operations
Requirements
- Achieve Personal Sales Target
- Support the team and ensure that they can meet the team's performance KPI
- Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling customer complaints, motivating staff morale, providing guidance & coaching to staff, etc
- Able to train, mentor, and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Provide professional consultation and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
- Assist in the daily retail operation
- Proven work experience as a Beauty & Wellness Salon Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
