Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to provide high-level support to Head of Sales and ensure the efficient operation of Local Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Prepare presentations and reports.
· Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Data Management:
· Maintain and organize complex filing systems and databases.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
· Provide administrative support to other team members as required.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within a similar industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
