Working hours
- 5 Day work week; Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Work on Public Holiday when required
- Overtime work when required
Job Scope
- Attend to customers’ inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers’ report
Job Requirements
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to converse in English fluently through email and phone
- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
- Outgoing personality
- Willing to learn with good attitude
