Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Quality legislation, compliance, and regulations within the company.
- Consistently perform duties in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Assist with booking travel arrangements through AMEX.
- Raise purchase requisitions.
- Register new employees for facial recognition and fingerprint systems.
- Register visitors using the Visitor Registration Management System (VRMS).
- Coordinate the ordering and preparation of safety shoes and glasses for new employees and visitors.
- Manage the ordering and distribution of taxi vouchers.
- Coordinate the annual ordering and distribution of company uniforms for employees.
- Update the telephone extension listing.
- Maintain the latest updates in the CORE Gallery.
- Keep a logbook for business gifts.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N’ Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
