Job Duties:
- Manage client interactions regarding trade settlement matters, including verifying settlement amounts, coordinating settlement instruction details (SSIs), and finalizing settlement confirmation arrangements.
- Act as the main point of contact for client payment inquiries, ensuring responses are timely and accurate.
- Address and resolve trade discrepancies by collaborating with clients, trade control teams, and front office staff.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of settlement information in the payment system to avoid errors and delays.
- Oversee and track settlement processes, addressing and resolving any system issues or breaks that arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address queries related to trade documentation and other related issues.
- Engage in projects and initiatives focused on enhancing operational processes and efficiency.
