Responsibilities
• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Checking on attendance, verifying overtime and collation of inputs from various sources for payroll and
• absence processing.
• Ensure payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and salary reconciliation.
• Timely submission of CPF contribution,
• Process employees’ IR21, NS Claims and other government claims in a timely manner
• Responsible for the annual year-end tax reporting.
• Handle payroll related enquires
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/HRM or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Payroll
• Must have relevant experience in SAP
• Meticulous and able to keep confidentiality
• Familiar with statutory requirements
• Preferably someone who can start work immediately
