Job Description
· Handling data entry of Account Opening for various Products & from various channels (online, mail-in / adhoc request)
· Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately.
· Review and reply customer's email replies/responds related to account opening matters
· Participate in providing ideas/initiatives in team huddle or forums like digitization and automation improvements
· Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders.
· Assist Team Leader with adhoc projects
Requirements
· Diploma holders or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application with fast typing skill
· Good attention to detail
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
Others
· Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
· Working location: Changi Area
· Contract Period: Immediate to 31 Dec 2024
