Job Scope:
- Monitor system, performance issues and outages
- Providing end-user and technical guidance
- ATM monitoring and Microsoft windows patching to ensure all ATMs are up-to-date
- Creating batch script to simplify day to day jobs
- Running all BAU jobs and making sure all the job are completed without errors
- Assisting in system deployments and provides support
- Provides technical support for any system-related issues and escalate complex problem
- Document incidents and escalate issues to higher level engineers
Requirements:
- Experienced IT Support Engineer
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
