Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: Identify and target potential customers in the F&B sector, develop sales strategies and plans to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Business development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and secure new clients in the F&B sector. This may involve networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the F&B sector. Provide exceptional customer service, address any concerns or issues that may arise, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales presentations and negotiations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients in the F&B sector, showcasing products, services, and solutions. Conduct negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in the F&B sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback and insights from the F&B sector to improve products, services, and overall business operations.
- Sales reporting: Regularly report sales activities, progress, and achievements to management. This may involve tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and presenting reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- To collect payment: Adjust the credit limit-need to apply to the company- reduce the prompting from software- in expiring of credit term. (constantly monitor and work closely with the client)
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in promoting products, services, and projects to the catering industry.
- Minimum diploma in business management, marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
