Seeking a mid to senior Executive to join the Payroll & Claims team.
Responsibilities
- Payroll processing and administration using SAP system
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, and leave balances.
- Ensure compliance, integrity and confidentiality of payroll information. Ensure that appropriate certification and approvals are in place
- Support employees, provide assistance with payroll-related issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR department on employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software updates.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in payroll processing including computation/payment of salary, annual increment, bonus, allowances and statutory contributions
- Has experience processing of at least 50 headcounts
- Have intermediate knowledge in Excel including common formulas such as Vlookup, pivot table
- Preferred Course of Studies in Business Administration or Human Resource or Accountancy or Finance
- IT savvy with excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and strong appreciation for current and upcoming technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, artificial intelligence and other tools (e.g. Access, Macros, Power Query, VBA, Tableu, PowerBI) will be advantageous
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll software (SAP) will be advantageous
