Our client is a long-standing Group in Singapore that has a long and stable history, they now seek a qualified HR Director that has good experience working in MNC’s in an international setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organisation’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, retention, growth of the business
- Creating and executing an HR organisational plan that matches the goals and ambitions of the company
- Work closely with business stakeholders, drive HR initiatives and facilitate commercial decisions and targets
- Work on overall Group upgrading projects and change management
- Be key change maker in overall transformation strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related discipline, Post Graduate qualification will give you a definite advantage
- High level of English with Chinese required
- You should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Listed/large/MNC experience is REQUIRED
- 10-15 years of experience in HR is Required. You should have around 5-8+ years in a head of department position
