Roles & Responsibilites
- Provide secretarial and adminstrative support to CEO
- Manage, organise and maintain CEO's schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients
- To take care CEO's well-being in office, during training and company's events and seminars
- Liaise with partners, vendors and suppliers through emails and phone calls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve
- To manage and book venues for courses trainings
- Build positive and continuous relationship with students (PR)
- Organize students' events to generate new leads
- To manage and send student's birthday text, birthday gifts etc
- Assist in all marketing and leads generation events
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
- Quick in reading situations, efficient in executing tasks
- The candidate should possess a dynamic personality, be out-spoken and positive working attitude
Requirements
- Experience in relevant fields and/or as sales assistance
- Any Diploma, Degree or ITE Certificate with relevant experiences
- Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Communication and interpersonal skills - The job requires being a skilled negotiator, listener and agile speaker to address concerns across all levels of people
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
